Where people opt in
Text-message consent is collected on the web forms at https://kevintoups.homes/sell/ (home value request) and https://kevintoups.homes/ (contact form). Each form has a separate checkbox for text messages. The box is unchecked by default and is optional: the form submits without it, and people who leave it unchecked are not texted.
The checkbox reads:
I agree to receive text messages from Kevin Toups (Local Real Estate Experts, Inc.) about my real estate inquiry, including replies, appointment scheduling, and property updates. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Privacy Policy · SMS Terms

The first text confirms the subscription: “Kevin Toups (Local Real Estate Experts): You are subscribed to texts about your real estate inquiry. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
